Pokémon Day drops later this month and fans like ourselves are expecting a new Pokémon Presents to mark the occasion.
Previous Pokémon Presents broadcasts have revealed new game announcements, showed off upcoming merch and other big shake-ups within the Pokémon franchise.
With that in mind below are six things we’re hoping to see get announced, assuming there’ll be a presentation of course.
We're expecting the broadcast to drop on 27 February to coincide with Pokémon Day, and like usual it'll likely be streamed from Pokémon's official YouTube channel.
6. One Last Thing Is Likely Pokémon Wind & Waves
This is a fairly obvious one as we all know Game Freak is working on a new Pokémon game, and the leaks state it’ll be called Pokémon Wind & Waves.

As its namesake implies this new entry will be all about traversal, with players apparently doing a lot of island hopping and venturing into the depths of the ocean.
While we’re not expecting a full gameplay reveal we’re at the very least expecting a title drop and perhaps a look at the game’s legendaries, which usually hold a place on the front cover.
5. Pokémon Let’s Go Johto
This is wishful thinking I know but I really liked Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee and I’m hoping for more games in the same style.
While it wasn’t as technically deep as other games in the series it felt like a nice change of pace, and it also made for a great introduction to the series for new players.

4. More Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
If you thought a new Let’s Go game was wishful thinking then this feels borderline impossible, but we’re willing to believe.

The last Mystery Dungeon game to release was Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, which was good. We’d happily take more remakes along this line but we’d also love to see a brand-new entry, and we feel it’d be right at home on the Nintendo Switch 2. These new Pokemon freebies seem to suggest it's more likely than you'd think.
3. Some New LEGO Sets, Cheaper Ones Too
Now if you’re like me you probably saw the prices of those newly announced Pokémon LEGO sets and nearly passed out.
They’re ludicrously expensive and even some of my Pokémon fanatic friends have said they won’t be picking up any of the sets, so I’d love to see some cheaper alternatives announced. Even something as simple as a LEGO Pokeball would go a long way.

2. Another Pokémon Legends: Z-A Expansion
Pokémon Legends: Z-A was the first Legends game to receive DLC and I had a lot of fun playing it.
I believe there’s more to come though. That Volo tease in the Lumiose City museum didn’t feel like fan-service and now that we know the Pokémon Legends Arceus antagonist is still alive it feels like a rematch is due.
1. Classic Games On Nintendo Switch Online
You all saw this one coming, we all want it to happen. The classic Pokémon games are long overdue on the Nintendo Switch and we’re dying to see them finally land on the system.
Perhaps it won’t be through Nintendo Switch Online, perhaps a physical collection will be released instead. We’re not picky, we just want them to return, please Pokémon Company please.
