GTA VI’s announcement has possibly been teased by a returning GTA V actor, prior to its imminent reveal.

Grand Theft Auto fans were sure GTA VI would be announced yesterday, leading to immense disappointment when Rockstar Games shared nothing apart from a tweet about GTA V’s Halloween content.

There’s still time though, as it’s widely believed the next GTA game will follow the same trend as GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 with an announcement before the end of October.

As fans cross their fingers and for the best, they’ll likely be turning their attention to the game’s Metacritic page, which has magically appeared from nowhere, as well as a video from GTA V actor Ned Luke.

Ned Luke played one of the three protagonists, Michael De Santos in GTA V, and has been very vocal about GTA VI, posting a number of videos telling fans to be patient, and that Rockstar’s next game will be worth the wait.

However, his most recent video is setting off alarm bells in GTA VI conspiracy theorists, as it features Luke driving to Los Angeles, but not sharing why he’s going there. In the video, he says he has “some stuff to do,” demanding his fans “don’t ask what it is.”

Obviously, GTA V takes place in Los Santos, the GTA version of Los Angeles, leading many to believe it trip has something to do with Rockstar’s video game series.

It’s a bit of a tin-foil hat theory, mainly because it’s reported GTA VI will be set in Vice City, although most of the latest rumours suggest the full open world will be enormous, and feature several past GTA locations.

Perhaps we’ll get to revisit Michael and some other characters in GTA VI, either as accomplices to missions or just as brief cameo appearances.
