Despite its flaws, Fallout 4 still holds up as an excellent Fallout game and a decent starting point for those who are new to the RPG series.

Speaking of Fallout, GAMINGbible sat down with the cast of the new live-action TV series for a hilarious game of snog, marry, irradiate, check out the chaos below

It’s also been well-supported since its launch, like with the Creation Club which lets players on PC, Xbox and PlayStation add mods to their game, if only we could get that elusive next-gen update too though

On the subject of mods, we’d like to recommend a quest add-on that you really shouldn’t sleep on if you can download it.

It’s called Fallout: Red Scare, and adds a brand-new, original quest to undertake in Concord with a solid story and even a mini-dungeon to blast through.

As the description on NexusMods will tell you, Red Scare sees the player meet a ghoul called Michael Eckert who tells the story of his paranoid father who abandoned his family at the start of the Great War.

Michael wants to know what happened to his father, and believes a locked disaster shelter will give him the closure he needs, enlisting the help of the player to get it open.

We won’t spoil what happens but it’s a solid story and one worth playing through especially if you’ve run out of quests and activities found in the base game.

The mod also suggests you enable the game’s subtitles, as it was reportedly made with a silent protagonist in mind.

Fallout: Red Scare is available to download for free via NexusMods, and we’d wholeheartedly recommend giving it a go.
