Judging by a recent trademark leak, it looks like Kingdom Come: Deliverance III could be in the works, and hopefully, that means the triumphant return of our beloved Henry.
Developed by Warhorse Studios, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a gruelling action RPG that arrived in 2018. It instantly won a loyal fanbase that’s still going strong today, and its success earned a sequel in 2025.
Now, those fans are eagerly awaiting news of a third game in the series. Well, it looks like that sequel may have been confirmed, or at least, there’s a spin-off on the way; regardless, it looks like it could be fantastic news for fans.
As brought to our attention by Reddit user Mean-Accident2178 (via The Phrasemaker), a new trademark has been made on the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) for a game called Kingdom Come: Salvation. The trademark was made on July 23, 2026.

While Kingdom Come: Deliverance III isn't mentioned outright in the trademark filing, it’s believed that the stylised font as well as the attorney address belong to Warhorse Studios.
What’s more, when we spoke to Henry’s actor at the BAFTAs, Tom McKay said: “The biggest lesson I learned probably was to do with the dexterity of character, because in this game the director is essentially the player. The players manipulate who the character becomes, and so I have to kind of execute every single version of that character.”

We already know that Warhorse Studios is making a new The Lord of the Rings RPG after it was confirmed earlier in 2026, and a new game set in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance universe has been teased by the developers during a stream, albeit not officially confirmed yet.
It’s not clear at this time whether this recent trademark for Kingdom Come: Salvation is for Deliverance III. It’s possible that a third game in the series could drop the number, which is a common practice throughout the entertainment industry, or perhaps it could be a spin-off title. Only time will tell. That being said, now that the proverbial cat is out of the bag and this trademark is in the wild, hopefully an official announcement isn't too far away.
“Henry has been waiting for a chance to reclaim some of what was lost during his first adventure. He’s older and a little bit wiser, though still hot-headed when he wants to be. His is a tale meant to be expanded upon as you take control of his actions,” we said in our review.
“Embrace being the narrator of his story, don’t shy away from it. Henry of Skalitz is yours to command, do him justice and give him an adventure filled with the complexities befitting this honest, hardworking man. There’s a lot of loss and bloodshed during this hostile period, so make sure Henry sees the world before he’s forced to endure the hardships he’s unwittingly set in motion.”
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is out now on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
