Incredible 'Skyrim' Cyberpunk Mod Includes Massive Sci-Fi City To Explore

A new mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim transforms the world into a cyberpunk future with hundreds of newly designed interiors and NPCs

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has been out 11 years now, and Bethesda show no signs of giving up on it yet. The truth is that when a game is this old, and has been ported to every single platform known to man, it gets more than a few mods. Whether you want to make everyone in Skyrim gay, or make all the locks specific to the region where they are found, there is a mod for pretty much any whim you have.

This guy downloaded over 600 mods for Skyrim to make it look absolutely fantastic. Let's just say with the game being 11 years old, sometimes it needs a little help. Now there's a new mod which turns the world of Skyrim into a cyberpunk future.

Fans of Skyrim can check out our video of some of the best Skyrim wins and fails.

The mod includes seven new areas. Fort Knox is a large neon city made up of Accord Plaza, Downtown, Industrial Zone, Yanabayashi Park and Lake Athabasca. There is also an island area called Octo8 Island, made up of a village and B-Salt Cove. It also includes taxi lines to travel between the two main hubs.

Modder Ripcat has also worked painstakingly on the details. They designed 150 new interiors, 400 new NPCs, four new NPC events, 150 items of clothes, armour, weapons and accessories, and a whole bunch of new robots and shops.

So if you are looking for a way to breathe new life into Skyrim while you wait desperately for Todd Howard to finally get his act together and release Elder Scrolls VI, then dig into this. You might be waiting a little while longer.
