Hogwarts Legacy: the inevitable Thomas The Tank Engine mod has arrived

Thomas the Tank Engine mod has infiltrated Hogwarts Legacy and if you download it, you only have yourself to blame.

Yes, it’s already happened. Thomas, the Tank Engine has made the probable, inevitable. This oddly too-chirpy tank engine has invaded Hogwarts Legacy!

To be honest, I hoped this day would never come. Alas, here we are and I am sad to confirm that Thomas is now part of the Wizarding World. An upload of the Thomas Invasion has made its way onto social media and it’s not for the faint at heart.

Thomas can be seen flying around Hogwarts Castle tormenting the unsuspecting students that wander beneath the pending peril.

Like seriously, if it wasn't bad enough that Thomas the Tank Engine has tormented the good villagers of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or even the Lands Between, Thomas the Tank is now tormenting children. When will it ever end?

As reported by PCGamesN, this horrific mod was created by ‘Showie’ and is called ThomasBroom. Which as the name of the mod suggests, replaces your flying broom with a smug blue Tank Engine.

If, and this is an if clutching at straws, there was a shining light from this unholy story is that this mod is only available on PC and not consoles. So at the very least, it means that PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch players are free from Thomas’ reign of terror!

Our advice, if you want to put an end to the dastardly Thomas the Tank Engine invading your favourite video games, for the love of god, don't down the mod. Otherwise, when he infiltrates your nightmares, you will only have yourself to blame. However, if you’re a sucker for punishment, ThomasBroom is available via NexusMods.

Hogwarts Legacy is out now for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It will then release for PS4 and Xbox One on 4th April, and finally for Nintendo Switch on 25th, July.
