GTA 6 Trailer 3 Drops Next Week According To 'Planetary Position' Theory

Grand Theft Auto players have long been theorising on Grand Theft Auto VI in all of its aspects, but the latest theory on its third trailer is frankly wild.
GTA VI’s third trailer is expected to drop soon, as publisher Take-Two Interactive has another earnings call scheduled for the end of May.
Previous leaks stated the marketing campaign for GTA VI would begin in May as we inch closer and closer to that 19 November release date.
Marketing is likely going to kick off with that third trailer and one fan reckons the planets themselves may hold the answer to when we’ll see it.
As spotted by Dexerto, Reddit user JalapenoPoppers24 took GTA VI theorising to another level when they “spent three months charting the planetary positions for every Rockstar trailer drop since 2007.”

They used this charting to predict that the third trailer for GTA VI will drop on 14 May so mark your calendars…
They went into intense detail on why this has to be the case before signing of their post by saying: "It's also exactly one week and one day after the GTA 6 Trailer 2 anniversary, AND it falls on the same calendar day as GTA V Trailer 2 which Rockstar pushed from Nov 2 to Nov 14 in 2012.
“Setting a calendar reminder. If T3 drops on May 14 at 11AM EDT I want to be remembered.”
Out of all the GTA VI theories we’ve seen so far, this one is undoubtedly the most impressive, and even if it’s an elaborate bit, a lot of work has gone into it, clearly.
Other Grand Theft Auto fans loved it too, with one saying, “This might be the best post on this sub.”
If the third trailer does indeed drop on 14 May, this will go down in history as one of the best predictions gaming has ever seen.
All we can do in the meantime is wait and see what Rockstar Games does next. With GTA VI in particular the studio hasn’t given fans forewarning when it decides to drop a trailer, it just drops one at random.
While we’re excited for another look at the game though, this trailer will ultimately have a bigger purpose as it’ll answer two big questions that have been burning at the back of our minds.
The first is confirmation the game will launch on 19 November, as while Rockstar hasn’t said otherwise, ex-Rockstar employees have commented on the time crunch the team is currently under.
The second question we hope it answers is when pre-orders will go live? If the game is launching on 19 November, we should expect preorders to open soon. That’ll be an exciting day as the digital storefronts will probably crash from the sheer number of gamers making their orders.
