The world of Grand Theft Auto is about to be expanded like no other; a return to Miami-based Vice City offers realms of new possibilities with new character arcs, new cars, new mansions, new banks to rob, and new grey-area pastimes.
The latter of those is GTA VI's selling point. It's all fun and games watching Lucia and Jason on a Bonnie-and-Clyde, love-struck cartel takeover, but what we really want to do is break the law, rack up five-star police warnings, steal planes from the army, and hide in the club, beer in hand.
That's what it's all about.
This year, GTA VI promises that and so much more, but maybe not in the way we might have expected.
What to expect from the GTA 6 Casinos
Casinos have been a staple of Grand Theft Auto, starring as a playable feature in San Andreas and GTA Online. The Diamond Resort has been a critical part of the multiplayer experience, where players have long been able to gamble with Shark Cards and take a spin on the lucky wheel for daily rewards.

Yet even though there was the Alderney Casino in GTA V, the building was derelict and served only as background aesthetics.

Heading into GTA VI, there has yet to be confirmation of a playable casino, especially with the Miami-like setting and seeing how popular the feature has been over the last seven years. There will likely be some form of casino, although it's yet to be seen if we'll be able to place a few bucks on red or black.
Gambling specifically comes as a grey area in GTA VI. While lawlessness is ever-present, many countries have banned betting on GTA Online, with Australia most recently axing the lucky wheel amid online gambling laws.
How the GTA 6 strip clubs will be different
Back in 2013, as an army of young teens convincing our parents that GTA V wasn't 'that bad', the story of hiding our screens while operating in the strip clubs is all too familiar.
GTA VI will be the same and worse, as early trailers confirmed the return of the clothesless bars, even based on real locations on the Miami boulevard.
Recent gameplay leaks have actually showcased some strip club action, with the twerking taking a wild turn as the stringy outfits on display leave very little to the imagination.
The gameplay looks quite similar to previous titles, just with even less clothing, with the same lap-dancing features for all to use - no touching, though.
Yet there could be some big differences in who appears in the GTA VI strip clubs. Specifically, unconfirmed rumours suggest that there could actually be exotic dancers of different genders, with a few oiled six-packs being on display from male characters. Gameplay leaks didn't showcase this, but there might be a bit of Magic Mike action.

GTA VI bars, clubs, and other nightlife features
Finally, Miami and Vice City nightlife is expected to play a part in GTA VI, as the pre-released screenshots have shown protagonist power couple Jason and Lucia getting their groove on in the club.
Back in Vice City, we saw The Malibu Club and The Greasey Chopper feature as good old-fashioned watering holes for different vibes of customers, and a return to the area could see these establishments be present again.
What could also be likely is that a GTA Online-esque nightclub business system could exist, with drinking and dancing minigames being possible.
Again, there's no official confirmation, but keep an eye out on August 27 when Netflix cuts the ribbon on the massive map with official gameplay.
