The Grand Theft Auto games are known for riffing off real life locations. Vice City, for example, is based on Miami, Florida.
For years, ever since the first game in the 90s, Rockstar Games has looked to the real world for either full cities or smaller locations. Anything or anywhere that shows character or personality can be included. This seems to be the case with a strip club that was featured in the GTA VI trailer.

It’s believed that the club is based on the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami. The main clue to this is the name of the club in GTA VI - Jack of Hearts. It’s a pretty easy jump from one to the other and the conclusion holds weight. Rockstar Games has been hard at work on GTA VI for many years now and they’re always eager to showcase new areas or activities in their games. Using a strip club from Miami is a simple and easy choice to make, particularly if the club has an extensive history.
