If you’re furious at there being no third trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, you can now vent your frustration on Take-Two’s CEO, Strauss Zelnick, in a video game.
Most Grand Theft Auto fans will be familiar with Strauss Zelnick as he’s the most reliable source of information for GTA VI that we have, and he’s not even one of Rockstar Games’ employees.
He’s spoken in the past about GTA VI’s release date, price, and how much faith Take-Two has in Rockstar to deliver another masterpiece. Now he’s a playable character in a WWE game.
In one of the wildest collaborations we’ve seen in a long time, Strauss Zelnick will officially be a playable character in WWE 2K26.
Not only that, but the CEO also has a unique entrance animation backed by Frank Sinatra’s ‘My Way.’ What's more, with a 77 rating, he's far from the lowest-rated character on the roster.

It’s frankly bizarre and yet ludicrously funny, especially when you look at the fan reactions to the news.
Geoff Keighley shared the announcement on his X page, and the comments were exactly what you’d expect.
One response said, “and that's for GTA The Trilogy”, along with a gif of Sting dragging a kid across a mantle before throwing them into a cabinet.
Another said, “Imma keep whooping bro's a** up until he coughs out trailer 3”, along with a gif of John Cena.
Finally, one said, “Does he know people are going to ragdoll and beat the living dog s*** out of him? Does he realise that?”

It seems safe to say he realises that, and we’re sure both Zelnick and Take-Two expected an avalanche of memes about this absurd addition to 2K26’s wrestling roster.
It also makes you wonder if Zelnick will make a cameo somewhere in GTA VI. Perhaps promoting a video game that’s taking ages to release?
Either way, it’s all a bit of a laugh, and it’s going to make future announcements from both Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive even funnier than they already are.
Grand Theft Auto fans are still waiting for that third trailer, which is now expected sometime over Summer 2026, as that’s when the marketing for GTA VI will officially begin. Not that it needs marketing, of course. It’s GTA VI.
We’re also expecting news on the next iteration of GTA: Online, too, and whether there’s anything special planned for the current iteration as it passes the torch.
Finally, there’s been no word on the PC port of GTA VI. It’s obviously going to get one but a release window hasn’t been shared. It’ll likely launch sometime in 2027, though.
Hopefully, we’ll know a lot more by the time Summer has concluded, and if gamers aren’t happy with what news is shared, they can vent their frustration on Zelnick himself as they hit him with a steel chair.
