If somehow you've never played a God of War game, the premise essentially sees our protagonist Kratos, who was once a great Spartan warrior that made a deal to serve Ares after his death, cleave his way through pantheons of gods from the ancient world.
In the earliest games, these were the unfortunate Greek gods, many of whom met their ends at the hands of Kratos, before the reboot saw him turn his attention to the Norse gods, who suffered a similar fate to their Greek counterparts.
With all of those supposedly powerful beings out of the way, attention amongst the game's community has turned to where he might be off to next. That curiosity has extended out to the stars of the series as well, and one in particular has their own idea that should resonate with fans.
Christopher Judge Weighs In

Christopher Judge took over the iconic role of Kratos for the Sony Santa Monica Studio God of War reboot in 2018. His appearance as the character quickly became one of the defining roles of his extensive career and he has remained active in sharing his thoughts on the series' past, and where it might be headed in the future.

As first reported by GamesRadar, Judge recently appeared at MCM Comic Con in London to talk about the game and his career, as well as his thoughts on exactly where the game's should go next.
"Because I became best known as Teal'c from Stargate, to go to Egypt would be a completion of my circle," Judge said. "But whatever is decided - wait… if there is another game, I have no doubt that no matter what pantheon it is, it will be great," he said.
The really exciting thing about that is the bit in the middle where he seemingly stops and corrects himself to avoid accidentally confirming a new game, with the series still technically in limbo as far as we're all aware.
That said, another game is likely considering how well the last two did for Sony commercially, and there wouldn't be too many that are against it heading over to Egypt.

With the jackal-headed Anubis and the sun god Ra available as potential boss fights, there are some particularly exciting avenues the developer can go down if they do go there next.
In the meantime, we'll just have to be patient and wait for more news, but if Christopher Judge keeps teasing us like this, it's going to get increasingly difficult.
