Gamescom 2026 is shaping up to be another banger this year, and a great way to go hands-on with some of 2026’s upcoming titles and beyond, if you’re lucky enough to attend.
Plenty of big-name developers and publishers will be present, all keen to show off everything they’ve got coming up.
That’s before you even get to the showcases like Gamescom Opening Night Live
Below are 7 developers/publishers to keep an eye out for, either while you’re attending the event yourself, or monitoring social media.
Gamescom exhibitors to look out for this year
Xbox
As it celebrates its 25th anniversary, Xbox is bringing 25 games to Gamescom 2026, with hands-on demos with the likes of Metro 2049, Gears of War: E-Day and more.
Advert
It’ll also be delighting fans with another look at the next Fable game, which is shaping up to be one of the biggest RPGs we’ve ever seen.
Nintendo
While we’re sure fans are hoping The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake will appear during Gamescom 2026, Nintendo’s confirmed line-up says otherwise.
Nintendo Switch Sports Resort looks like a fun title you’ll want to get your hands on if you can, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 for the Nintendo Switch 2 feels like history in the making.
007 First Light, Minecraft Dungeons 2, Metaphor: ReFantazio, and other games will also be available.
SEGA
SEGA used to do what Nintendo doesn’t, but both companies will return to Gamescom this year.
Anyone visiting SEGA’s booth will be able to go hands-on with the new Crazy Taxi game, as well as Alien Isolation 2 and Persona 4 Revival. We’d also recommend Stranger Than Heaven.
Ubisoft
This year is a bit of a light showing for Ubisoft, but it’s got something special in mind for those looking to relive a classic.
Rayman Legends Retold is Ubisoft’s headliner this year, and it’s not something to miss if you’re at all into 2D platformers, or Rayman, of course.
Bandai Namco
A huge Gamescom partner as always, Bandai Namco has quite a few games ready to play this year.
You’ll be able to go hands-on with Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3, and the one we’re most excited for, The Blood of Dawnwalker.

Capcom
Gamescom 2026 is going to be another great year for Capcom, which is on a roll if we do say so ourselves.
This year, the following titles will be available: Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Mega Man: Dual Override and Street Fighter 6.
Bloober Team
After crushing it with the Silent Hill 2 remake, Bloober Team has some more devious and scary titles available to play at Gamescom this year.
The two headliners are Cronos: Lazarus, a DLC expansion for Cronus: The New Dawn, and SAW Genesis, a Dead by Daylight-esque multiplayer game that takes place decades before the first film.
Those are some of the biggest exhibitors taking part at this year’s Gamescom, but there’ll be plenty more scattered through the venue’s many halls.
