You'll need to create a Ubisoft account to claim the game, but if you're a fan of Ubisoft's library of titles, you're likely to already have one. Plus, it's the standard edition that is free. The deluxe edition is £26 and offers another six DLC missions, or, if you're very fond of Vaas you could shell out for the chibi figurine of the impressive villain.
When actor Michael Mando teased that he was going back into the voice-over booth early last year, lots of people thought it would lead to the return of Vaas in the next Far Cry title. Though it's likely that he was referring to his role in the Season Pass, there's a good chance that Vaas did survive the events of Far Cry 3. Lead writer Jeffrey Yohalem stated that the mercenaries on the Rook Islands believe he is gone but, if Boba Fett's fate is anything to go by, that's not a concrete conclusion. Given the character's popularity, it's not out of the question that he could pop up again as an elderly but just as volatile version of himself.
