In just a few days, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has provided no shortage of wholesome content. After weeks of chipping away at Elden Ring, isn't it just a breath of fresh air to run around Tatooine and Coruscant? In our review, Tom gave LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga an eight out of ten, remarking that the game is "built with passion and love for the story and the studs".
Already, players are discovering a whole host of Easter eggs. Set to soon make his live-action return in Obi-Wan Kenobi on Disney+, Anakin seems to be the character featured in the vast majority of these. When players aren't beating up Anakin as a child, there is foreshadowing aplenty.
Check out these other secrets in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga below! Seems like old habits die hard for Grogu here.
During 'Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace,' Reddit user Gabriel25053 stumbled across a scene in which Anakin meets his future self, Darth Vader. An impressed young Anakin asks Vader, "Woah, that's a cool suit. Where can I get one of those?" to which Vader replies, "Patience child, patience." Well, it turns out Anakin doesn't need to have a ton of patience because just two episodes later, we'll see him don the suit himself. It's undeniably a cool moment of foreshadowing.
Reddit user fernandes_327 also captured a hint of Anakin's Sith future. If you leave the character idle, Anakin will unsheath his Lightsaber except this time, it's Sith red instead of its usual colour of blue. Jamming the lightsaber with his fist, Anakin is clearly trying to battle his unavoidable fate of joining the dark side.
In a slightly stranger encounter, Reddit user SplashyHero found Anakin disguised as a stormtrooper - which feels like the equivalent of Kylo Ren being disguised as radar technician Matt. This encounter doesn't exactly fit Star Wars' canon lore but some fans have theorised Anakin may have been cloned prior to his death which isn't out of the realm of possibility. Clearly, Anakin seems to be LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga's resident king of chaos, but we're here for it.
