Fallout 4’s wastelands are home to all manner of interesting creatures but this horrifying discovery may just top the weirdness scale.

As the stomping grounds of Deathclaws, ghouls and mutants of all shapes and forms, Fallout 4 will have you go up against all manner of monstrous beings.

Ghouls will be joining the monstrous roster in an upcoming Fallout 76 update!

Although the monsters in many post-apocalyptic stories are humans themselves, the most recent Fallout title challenges that idea and you will certainly agree after seeing this latest discovery.

Spotted by one user over on r/Fallout who, despite capturing this gameplay in Fallout 76, reports that this creature was first spotted in Fallout 4.

Wherever it originated, it is hideous.

“What did I just witness?” the post reads alongside a short clip of their character sleeping whilst a multi-headed, scantily clad woman runs past in the background.

Although some players had suggestions such as a wendigo or an “Analog Horror humanoid eldritch monstrosity”, it appears as though it is the result of a bug.

As mentioned, this was first seen in Fallout 4 and happens as a result of Power Armour glitching and “stretching” the body within.

However, other users added that it was simply “just another day in the wasteland”.

Many players have been returning to titles such as Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 following the success of the Prime Video adaptation earlier this year.

As a result, many new discoveries are being unearthed despite the titles being nine and six-years old respectively.

For example, fans were recently horrified to learn that they had missed a huge secret in the game’s starting area.

Not only that but another player managed to “beat” Fallout 4 without even stepping foot outside Vault 111.

With Fallout 5 not expected to arrive for the next couple of years, we will take all we can get out of Bethesda’s previous instalments in the long-running series.
