Elon Musk had ex Amber Heard cosplay as Overwatch's Mercy

Elon Musk has revealed that he used to get ex Amber Heard to cosplay as Mercy from Overwatch for him.

Ah, Elon Musk. The controversial billionaire is never far away from the latest oddball story.

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and the owner of Twitter, as well as other business ventures, is currently the richest man on the planet with an estimated net wealth of nearly $241 billion. Yes, billion!

To be honest, there are so many oddball stories related to Elon Musk, that it’s practically impossible to keep up with. It seems that every 28 seconds or less, Musk explodes with yet another eyebrow-raising moment. However, Elon Musk's latest shenanigan is one of the strangest yet.

So what has Elon Musk done this time, I hear you ask? Well, as reported by Dexerto, he’s only gone and shared a photo of his ex-girlfriend Amber Heard cosplaying as Mercy from Overwatch. If you’re wondering why Musk has shared this apparently personal photo, he spoke of the cosplay in his new biography and I suppose to remove any shred of doubt that this actually happened, he decided to share the photo with his 156 million followers.

To be honest, while Amber Heard looks awesome as Mercy, she doesn't look overly impressed in the photo and we can only guess as to whether she approves of this image being shared online. Elon Musk didn't detail why he asked Heard to cosplay in the tweet, we can only make assumptions. Though he is an Overwatch fan, of course.

Musk’s new biography is simply titled Elon Musk and was released this week on 12 September. The author of the book, Walter Isaacson who shadowed the billionaire for two years putting the book together, apparently described Musk as a “man-child”.

Overwatch 2 is out now and is free-to-play on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
