Spider-Man: No Way Home released in the cinema back in December, but the film has been such a colossal hit, you can still go and see it on the big screen.

The home versions are coming out very soon though. From 22 March you'll be able to download the third entry into Marvel's third take on Peter Parker, with 80 minutes of additional footage. Fans of the physical can also get their hands on that sweet extra content from 4 April.

You can see some of those special extras in the trailer here.

Some lucky so-and-sos have already seen the extra footage, and have been whispering rumours of an alternate ending which hints that more three-way web crawling action could be on the cards. Tobey Maguire already hinted that No Way Home wouldn't close the chapter on his Spider-Man and it seems he wasn't fibbing.

As reported by Screen Rant, when the three film versions of Peter Parker, played by Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland say their goodbyes, the dialogue suggests that they could be teaming up again. In the alternate ending Holland's Parker tells the others "I'll see you later."

This may seem innocuous as a simple goodbye greeting, however, Garfield then replies "You know where to find us." This suggests that Marvel wanted to leave the door open to another Spider-Man shaped reunion, and indeed the portal open to the alternate universes within the cinematic world.

While other franchises have struggled, Marvel has done exceptionally well during the pandemic, and No Way Home is a big part of that. Actor Jared Leto, best known for his roles in arthouse films such as American Psycho, believes that Marvel films are the reason that cinemas haven't gone under.

With Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness coming to cinemas next month and the multitude of crossovers coming with that, looks like Marvel is deep into the mash-up mountain.
