'Deadpool 3' Teaser Has The Most Random Taylor Swift Connection

Today is a very exciting day. It’s very rare that here at GAMINGbible I get to utilise the skill set I have from being a full-time Swiftie, but today, I get to do just that. I’m sure you’re now aware that Ryan Reynolds has revealed that Hugh Jackman will be reprising the role of Wolverine in Deadpool 3. The duo took to Twitter to make the announcement, revealing that Deadpool 3 will (rather obviously) take place prior to Logan. What you may not have spotted, is that the teaser included a pretty major Taylor Swift connection.

Speaking of Deadpool, take a look at the moment a Deadpool cosplayer met Ryan Reynolds himself.

Eagle-eyed Taylor Swift fans have noticed that Ryan and Hugh’s announcement video was filmed in what we’re calling the ‘All Too Well’ house. Let me give you some background information. ‘All Too Well’ is a six-minute song that was released back in 2012 but Taylor made the mistake of telling fans that a 10-minute version also existed. Flash forwards to 2021 and Taylor finally released ‘All Too Well (10 Minute Version).’ It was a beautiful day.

To accompany the release, Taylor released a short film - which is essentially a very long music video - starring Sadie Sink and Dylan O’Brien and the house that it was filmed in is the exact same house Ryan and Hugh filmed their announcement in. Coincidence? I think not. Taylor Swift fans know that every hint has a meaning (Just don’t ask them about five holes in the fence), so they reacted to the news on Twitter.

Taylor is very good friends with Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively. It’s long been assumed that ‘All Too Well’ was filmed in Blake and Ryan’s actual home so maybe there’s nothing more to this. Alternatively, maybe Taylor is appearing in Deadpool 3 or writing a song for the soundtrack? I need to know.
