Captain America And Black Panther Take On Hydra In New Marvel Game Trailer

Uncharted creator Amy Hennig is officially working on a Captain America and Black Panther team up game, set during World War 2.

We finally know what Uncharted creator Amy Hennig has been cooking up over at Skydance Media. It was previously announced that Hennig was working on an ‘ensemble’ game. Some fans theorised that it could be centred around the Fantastic Four but earlier today, leaks suggested that it would instead be a World War II team-up between Captain America and Black Panther - and it looks like the rumour was correct.

Check out the brand new trailer for this mystery trailer below.

For now, the project remains untitled but Skydance Media did drop a teaser trailer and there's a lot to unpack. Perhaps most obviously, the trailer confirms the inclusion of Black Panther and Captain America but that’s not all. It was teased that the game would feature “four heroes.” The other two are only silhouetted but one looks a lot like Bucky Barnes and the other looks like a member of the Dora Milaje. As a "narrative-driven, blockbuster action-adventure game," it's safe to say we're very here for this concept.

The teaser trailer also appeared to confirm the inclusion of Hydra and the World War II setting. Opening shots showed the city of Paris, so it’s safe to assume a portion of the game will be set there. We also see a brief glimpse of Wakanda alongside the tagline “two worlds, one war.”

Seeing as we’re yet to get a title, we also don’t have a release date nor do we know what consoles the game will arrive on. Fair to say though, this trailer is going to generate a ton of hype.
