MCU fans roasting our new Hawkeye casting

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is about to welcome a new Hawkeye to the team, but it’s not a variant of Clint Barton.
The multiverse yields endless possibilities for the MCU nowadays, as when a character gets a bit stale or the writers don’t know what to do with them, you can throw them into a parallel dimension and let them meet their variants.
This is exactly what happened with Doctor Strange, in a film that wasn’t the smash-hit sequel many were hoping for.

Some heroes are better off with their feet on the ground though, like Hawkeye, who’s become a bit of a street-level character following his massive role in Avengers: Endgame.
The marksman will reportedly be getting a second season for his Disney+ series, and it’ll apparently introduce an important character from Clint’s past.
Barney Barton, Hawkeye’s brother, will apparently play a crucial role and according to DanielRPK, an A-list celebrity has been cast for the part.
Now I’m by no means an authority figure on Marvel Comics but even I was surprised to learn Hawkeye had a secret brother, and I’m sure fans who’ve only watched the films will be just as surprised that Clint has yet another familial secret.
Anyway, fans don’t have much to make of this announcement and are instead joking around on who could be this A-List celebrity that’s being cast.
One pitched “Robert Downey Jr as every single Avengers role 'The Nutty Professor-style' or we riot”, whereas another said, “It’s Danny Devito.” Both great answers.
On a more serious note, someone said Orlando Bloom could take the role, which isn’t a bad choice since he’s played an archer before in The Lord Of The Rings as Legolas.
It’s currently unknown when Hawkeye Season 2 is scheduled to air on Disney+, but hopefully it’s as good as the first one.
