Marvel fans will know that the MCU is set to be stacked with releases over the course of the next few years.

From television shows to games and movies, Marvel fans are eating well but a recent insider report has revealed that two projects may already be poised to cancel.

Check out the trailer for Marvel's Blade below, coming soon from Arkane Lyon!

With movies such as Captain America: Brave New World, Thunderbolts, The Fantastic Four: First Steps and Avengers: Doomsday expected to release over the course of the next two years, fans are getting ready for a non-stop cinema session.

However, according to industry insider Daniel Richtman, Marvel is set to potentially cancel both Blade and Armor Wars over the next couple of months.

"As for Marvel, they have at least five live action series in development,” Richtman shared.

“I also hear a final decision on the fate of Armor Wars and Blade' is expected in the coming months."

It is worth noting that this announcement has no source or official confirmation so is worth taking with a pinch of salt.

However, with the Blade reboot already receiving quite a few delays, this news is perhaps unsurprising.

Set to star Mahershala Ali as the titular character, Blade has reportedly experienced issues in development as well as multiple delays.

As for Armor Wars, we have not heard too much about it since the end of the television mini-series Secret Invasion.

When the show ended, director Ali Selim confirmed that the events of the show would lead into the Armor Wars movie.

However, the movie has not been listed on any upcoming Marvel project dockets so it remains to be seen if it will ever come to fruition.

If these two movies are indeed cancelled, it is a sad time for the Marvel fans looking forward to them.

Luckily, there are plenty of other MCU projects set to release to ease that pain just a little bit.
