Deadpool and Wolverine is chock full of cameos and Marvel has recently been promoting the many actors who popped up in the blockbuster.

With several obvious cameos who stay on-screen for a while - Blade, Elektra, Gambit, and Chris Evans as Johnny Blaze - there is one very special cameo that you could miss very easily.

Star Wars Outlaws is coming very soon and we're very eager to play more

During the big fight scene towards the end of the film, where Deadpool and Wolverine storm down a street fighting an army of Deadpools there’s a very familiar face.

At one point, the two heroes move through a bus to take out some Deadpool variants, and on the side of the bus is an advert.

A legendary face smiles out at us and, of course, it’s the wonderful Stan Lee.

Stan Lee is known for his many cameos across the Marvel films and TV shows - he made it to 38 cameos before he died in 2018.

Lee is famous for creating a great many of the Marvel characters we know and love and having him appear in the latest blockbuster just made sense.

Deadpool and Wolverine revels in moments of history from the Marvel comics and films. Having Stan Lee show up in some way is yet another honour for the legendary creator.

Stan Lee wasn’t actually the creator of Deadpool, that goes to Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza, but many would say that we wouldn’t have the Marvel we know without Lee.

His work, especially with Steve Ditko, created the foundations of Marvel Comics years before Marvel even considered the idea of establishing the MCU.

Here’s hoping that Lee, as well as other creators, keep popping up in some way throughout the MCU as their praise is well-deserved. Their work has transformed entertainment as we know it.

Marvel is now a powerhouse of multimedia and has millions of fans across the world.
