We’ve finally got our first look at the Fallout TV series and my goodness, it looks incredible. We are simply in awe.

After it was announced that its premiere date would be 12 April 2024, we’ve been waiting like children on Christmas Eve to see what the show looks like.

Can Fallout follow in the footsteps of The Last of Us?

Let’s be honest, after the success of HBO’s The Last of Us, our expectations are unbelievably high.

First look at the ‘FALLOUT’ series, starring Ella Purnell, Kyle MacLachlan and Walton Goggins.

With such expectations comes worry, but we needn’t be worried if these photos are anything to go by. This series is shaping up nicely, very nicely.

Vanity Fair has provided us with this exclusive introduction, which sees actor Ella Purnell donning the iconic blue and yellow jumpsuit, seemingly emerging from a vault, surprised by what they see. There’s also a truly breathtaking, not to mention foreboding, shot of the Brotherhood of Steel in their power armour; it just oozes such tension that it practically jumps off the screen.

Not that we should be surprised when Westworld creators Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan are at the helm. Even if it doesn’t capture the magic quite as some fans are hoping for, it’ll have an almost tangible atmosphere, of that we’re certain.

The Amazon Prime exclusive series still has a long way to go before we settle down on our sofas and binge the whole show in one go. Nevertheless, while we still have several months to wait, the waiting is less painful when we know that Amazon’s Fallout looks the part.

Those are the only details we have regarding the Fallout TV series at present, but make sure to keep your eyes peeled on social media – now that these exclusive pictures are out there, who knows what behind-the-scenes exclusives and teasers we’ll see next.

Now, please excuse us while we go a grab our long duster coats and our cowboy hats. It is time.
