The Boys and DC are two comic book properties that you’ll not likely see crossover into the world of TV and movies. Yet, that doesn't mean that one of its star actors shouldn't take up a leading role in the other.

When it comes to DC’s The Flash in live-action form, probably the first two names that you will think of are Ezra Miller of the live-action Justice League and The Flash (2023), as well as Grant Gustin of the CW TV series.

Check out The Flash (2023) trailer below!

Ezra Miller has been involved in their share of controversy lately. In August 2022, the actor was charged with felony burglary and despite this, the director of The Flash (2023) does not want to replace Miller in a potential sequel.

However, the chances of The Flash getting a sequel are somewhat slim at this time considering that the DC movie is currently the biggest superhero box office flop ever. As such, should we get a new The Flash movie, fans have campaigned for the aforementioned Grant Gustin to play Barry Allen on the silver screen, but some fans on Twitter are also looking to The Boys star, Jack Quaid of the Amazon Prime series. Perhaps then Hughie Campbell could finally exact revenge on A-Train.

“Keep Jack Quaid away from the MCU, I need him as the new Flash,” tweeted CQuill97. “If they announced Jack Quaid as the Flash I would literally sh** myself,” said a (hopefully) dramatic Tunasalad88. “Let’s dump Ezra Miller and make Jack Quaid the new Flash,” exclaimed AcreeSpencer.

At this time, a new The Flash movie hasn't been announced but if the role of Barry Allen was recast, I would certainly be happy with either Grant Gustin or Jack Quaid.
