Pokémon fans can claim several limited-time free gifts

Some good stuff

Pokémon fans have some more freebies to claim, and the method to acquire them is painfully easy.

I don’t know if Pokémon TCG Pocket is still as popular as when it first launched, but from what I’ve seen, it seems to be holding its own.

The app is basically a collection of digital Pokémon cards, and a great option for someone who wants to get into the game without spending a fortune on physical cards, which you’d also have to store as well.

New packs are being added to the app all the time, many of which are part of special events, but the packs we’re talking about today are completely free - that’s what’s special about them.

The Eevee Grove Booster Pack will drop tomorrow, 26 June, and feature, you guessed it, Eevees. It’ll also feature its Eeveelutions, which have become some of the most popular ‘mon in the franchise over the years.

Freebies will be released at the same time and can be claimed via Twitch drops, requiring you to watch at least 45 minutes of streamed content from selected creators. The freebies themselves will be 12 Hourglasses and 12 Wonder Hourglasses, which can be used to speed up time and get you more packs to open.

Only one code can be redeemed per account so don’t think you can hop on multiple Twitch accounts and rake in a bunch of codes, it’ll only let you have one.

It’s a good way of getting more Eevee cards for your collection, and I’m sure there are plenty out there who’ll stop at nothing until they get an entire set of variants.

In other Pokémon news, Pokémon Legends: Z-A comes out later this year and the gameplay we’ve seen so far looks fantastic, especially on the Nintendo Switch 2.
