It’s fair to say that keeping up with the latest video game releases can be a financial burden, which is why subscription services such as Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus offer so much value. This week, Bandai Namco released its next big hopeful anime RPG Sand Land based on the manga of the same name. It’s also the creation of the late great father of Dragon Ball, Akira Toriyama.

In our review of Sand Land, we said: “While I wish it would have baked its ideas for a little longer under the desert sun, I’d happily recommend this to any and all anime fans, especially those who love the work of Akira Toriyama.”
Harmoney: The Fall of Reveria is developed by the original Life is Strange creator DON’T NOD, so if you like its brand of video games, then it might be worth checking that one out at least.
Sand Land is out now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Its playable demo is also available for free via the PlayStation Store.
