Oh, how we love surprises. Xbox is back with another one just in time for the weekend.

It comes during a time when Xbox is, once again, coming under fire for its rewards system’s apparent lack of value.

Frustrated fans are finding it increasingly difficult to overlook the poor free store credit offerings usually up for grabs.

There are some exceptions to this rule, such as users who praise the service having avoided paying for Xbox Game Pass for years, but they’re few and far between.

Needless to say, this bonus free game couldn’t come at a better time.

That being said, we anticipate someone won’t be too thrilled with the game of choice – there’s always something.

Amazon Prime Gaming’s free games have been revealed, and included in the list of 20 titles is Wolfenstein: Youngblood.

Here's the Wolfenstein: Youngblood story trailer to better prepare you for the game

This 2019 game hasn’t got the most favourable reviews; in fact, it’s fair to say response has been a mixed bag.

Nonetheless, while there are plenty of reviews criticising the experience, there’s just as many recommending it.

Some players have even gone as far as to describe it as “one of the greatest game” they’ve played.

Consequently, now is the perfect time to find out for yourselves without spending any extra pennies.

“Nineteen years after the events of Wolfenstein II, BJ Blazkowicz has disappeared after a mission into Nazi-occupied Paris,” its synopsis reads.

“Now, after years of training from their battle-hardened father, BJ’s twin daughters, Jess and Soph Blazkowicz, are forced into action.”

This is the first co-op adventure in the Wolfenstein franchise, meaning you can team up with friends to fight your way through this unforgiving landscape.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood will be become available via Amazon Prime Gaming from 20 February.
