If you’re a fan of The Elder Scrolls but are craving even more fast-paced action, then this upcoming release is not one to miss out on.

There is no denying that Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls series is one of the best when it comes to RPGs.

In case you (understandably) forgot, The Elder Scrolls VI is currently in development. Check out its teaser trailer below!

However, with most of their games dedicated to exploring rather than full-on, hack-and-slash gameplay, you may be crying out for the same vibe but with a lot more action.

Luckily, this upcoming first-person hack-and-slash title may be right up your alley.

Developed by Nikita Sozidar, VOIN does not yet have a release date but it has already managed to capture gamer’s attention.

“Fight hordes of enemies in fast-paced first-person hack-and-slash battles,” the official Steam synopsis reads.

“Explore the world of dark fantasy filled with secrets and dangers, and master your skill of wielding primordial elements.”

In VOIN, you will take on the role of one of the elemental servants created by a mage to fulfil one purpose: “become a formidable weapon in the hands of your mysterious creators and join the quest to cleanse the world of a devastating plague that has consumed all life”.

In reaction-based combat, you will cleave your way through hordes of enemies, execute powerful combos and dodge and attack in style.

Getting to your enemies will also be easy by using the environment to your advantage.

Ascend to the top of castles, dash across rivers, destroy your surroundings either to aid you in battle or as a distraction and even descend on your foes from the skies.

With loot to uncover, skills to enhance and hordes of enemies to cut down, VOIN is as fast-paced as you are likely to find.

Despite a lack of a full release date, you can check out VOIN right now courtesy of a free demo on Steam.
