The end of 2025 is shaping up to welcome another batch of incredible big game releases but if you are looking for something a bit more lowkey, Steam has added another stack of free games to download and keep right now.

Being a PC gamer pays off with Steam regularly adding new and exciting games to its storefront.

Not only that but with hundreds of free games added each month, you are never short of something to play.

That is definitely the case this time around as Steam has added four new games and yes, they are completely free to download and keep forever.

So without further ado, let’s take a look at the four games in question.

First up is Astro Felix, a “fast-paced, endless, retro-style platformer” where players will need to skate, jump, and claw their way through endless chaos alongside a fearless cat on skating wheels.

As you dash through a cyberpunk-inspired city, you will need to dodge obstacles, outsmart enemies and collect coins in order to boost your run.

Next is Sync or Sink, a two-player game which will see you need to escape a sinking submarine.

Communicate via walkie-talkies and solve puzzles, complete tasks, and navigate the hallways as you try your best to escape before time runs out.

After the success of Balatro and the rise of card games, fans will want to check out Flick Solitaire.

Featuring a unique take on Solitaire, this card game will feature art from real life indie artists as they bring you unique and individually designed cards, allowing you to build your ultimate deck.

The perfect game to de-stress with.

Last but by no means least is Heart Snatcher, a fast-paced, top-down action game where you will need to survive multiple trials.

“One day you receive a text message, telling you of little treats you can earn, only if you complete a few simple tests. Inadvertently you sign away your heart, and things are more deadly than they seemed at first. Using all of the skills at your disposal, earn your freedom and some snacks along the way.”

Dodge hazards and obstacles, eliminate projectiles and most importantly, collect your well-deserved rewards in this adorable indie release.

These are just four of hundreds of unique games available on Steam at no extra cost so if you are on the lookout for some underrated gems without having to splash the cash, this is the perfect opportunity.
