Sometimes video games can just take your breath away when it comes to their sheer beauty and this upcoming release is certainly no different.
Developed by Deseret Games Studio and set to be released some time in 2026, Aegis Force: The Scorian War is an upcoming story-driven tactical RPG “that blends turn-based strategic combat with full world and town exploration”.
Inspired by the classics of the JRPG genre, Aegis Force: The Scorian War offers colourful pixel 2.5D visuals, a morally complex story and an intricate world full of mysteries to uncover.
As you battle your way through the continent of Ianua, you will engage in combat reminiscent of Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics and Shining Force.

By using spells, weapons and abilities across your ever-growing team, it won’t be long before you are overcoming every obstacle put in your way.
However, there is more to The Scorian War than just fighting as players can look forward to a deep, character-driven story.
“Two countries — one empowered by magic, the other by technology — have been at war for 100 years with no end in sight… but nobody seems to remember how it began. Will you fight to discover the truth?” The official Steam synopsis reads.
