Download one of the prettiest games you’ll see on Steam today for free.
We know that graphics are not everything, and without fun gameplay, a game would be practically soulless, but man, sometimes we love nothing more than to admire video game eye candy, such as this charming game on Steam.
The game in question is a potential indie darling that has a free playable demo on PC right now called Kambulin, developed and published by Fabio Beifuss.

Kambulin is a casual platformer with beautiful pixel art visuals and a soundtrack that instantly takes me back to the 90s, when I blissfully lost countless hours playing my SEGA Mega Drive.
“Choices and actions are fundamental for building your own story,” reads the description of the game on Steam.
“The game tells the story of a group of nomads who have just found a place to live: a mysterious place, where the ancestors of these people once lived.
“Play with Tarim, the youngest of the group, and enjoy the exploration! Inspired by the Brazilian savannah, Kambulin presents several scenarios and landscapes to explore, various very different characters and a lot of history to live and create.”

“It's beautiful, I hope it's a success,” replied allan_andriel9.
Hopefully, if this game goes on to be a success, it might be released on other platforms, because this would look extra gorgeous on the handheld screen of a Nintendo Switch.
Kambulin does not have a release date at the time of writing, but at least you can check out its free playable demo today. Finally, be sure to wishlist Kambulin on Steam to be notified when it's ready to launch.
