Stardew Valley fans will want to check out this charming free Steam download today.

Indie darling, Stardew Valley is the gift that keeps on giving and ever since its initial launch nearly a decade ago in 2016, solo developer Eric Barone aka ConcernedApe has continually improved the game with free content updates.

However, considering that nearly ten years have passed and most devoted players have likely seen all there is to see in Stardew Valley, they’re eagerly awaiting the next game from Eric Barone, Haunted Chocolatier, which was announced in 2021.

That being said, there is no confirmed release date for Haunted Chocolatier at the time of writing and while there is still lots of fun to be had in Stardew Valley, there are plenty of other indie delights to keep us busy courtesy of Steam.

One such game is called Greenfeet Haven, developed and published by Owlycode makes games, and best of all, you can check it out for free via Steam right now.

“The Greenfeet Haven demo lets you experience the beginning of the game by creating your own settlement for one in-game year. Explore the surroundings, gather resources, discover crafting recipes, and build the first structures of your future village,” reads the description of the game.

Judging by the Steam user reviews, Greenfeet Haven is already winning over gamers.

Greenfeet Haven does not have a release date but it is planned to launch at some point this year. So be sure to wishlist it on Steam to be notified of its full arrival.
