I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: 2023 has been an incredible year for gaming. If you look back on what’s come so far, surely The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Resident Evil 4, Diablo IV, Baldur’s Gate 3, Starfield, and Hogwarts Legacy are all potential Game of the Year contenders?

That’s not to mention upcoming releases like Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and Alan Wake 2 which will soon be entering the mix. We had the opportunity to go hands-on with Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and if the preview is anything to go by, the game is shaping up to be even better than its predecessor - and that’s saying something. It’s no wonder that fans are arguing that Insomniac Games is carrying the PlayStation 5 era. Amidst all of these titles, RoboCop: Rogue City is also on the way - and we may have another hit on our hands. The demo is blowing fans away.

Take a look at RoboCop: Rogue City in action below.

In case you missed it, the demo is available to sample for free on Steam, and players are having heaps of fun. Many have taken to social media to share their thoughts. Twitter user Civvie11 wrote, “RoboCop: Rogue City has me hyped. Not because of the gunplay or the gratuitous fan service, but because of s**t like this,” leading into a clip of an open-world interaction. “Genius move including an open-world section in the demo even if it ended up being a massive download,” they continued.

PureDeadGaming said, “Been looking forward to RoboCop: Rogue City since it was announced and I'm now happy to report after playing the demo that it is awesome. The gun play is ultra satisfying. Bring it on,” while AVGN82 added, “I'm going to have so much fun playing RoboCop: Rogue City, I was hoping I could throw someone out of a window and was not disappointed.”

If you’re not on PC but want to join in the fun, RoboCop: Rogue City is due to launch on 2 November on PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
