Free Steam Gift Card You Can Claim With One Easy Answer

You don't have long to get involved

Steam really has become the home of gaming for anyone who has chosen the PC as their primary platform, offering everything from the biggest AAA releases, down to tiny solo projects from entirely independent developers.

As such, it's always nice when the opportunity arises to get our hands on gift cards that let us buy new games on Steam, and one such chance has just reared its head.

Over on the subreddit steam_giveaway, which you should absolutely be keeping an eye on if you regularly buy and play games on the platform, a user has just posted a competition with a free $21 Steam gift card on offer.

Each person has two potential opportunities to claim the prize, with a specific requirement for each entry as follows:

  • Comment down below the original post with a response to this question, 'What's the first thing you'd play if you got a new speaker?'
  • For another entry (optional!), become a member of our subreddit r/tribit and let us know in our comment by including +1 in your comment below.

The competition itself comes from speaker company Tribit, who produce a ton of different audio products for the general consumer market.

You'll want to get in there to stake your claim quickly though, as many have already started sharing their own stories in answer to the original question.

"Most of the time while playing story mode of a game and listening music. Especially, Detroit: Become Human like games are so good with using speaker. Because those kind of games are like movies," one reads.

"I’d play my current favourite song, 'Reveries in the Crimson Beyond (Phrolova Theme)' from Wuthering Waves. Thank you for hosting," another added.

A third said, "I've always had a problem with choice paralysis, there are so many songs to listen to! Maybe a Final Fantasy song such as Sephiroth's boss theme or maybe something energetic such as Undertale's 'Megalovania'?

The pressure is really on to get your answers in to the OP though, with the winner of the competition set to be announced on 18 October.

The good news is that Steam Next Fest is set to continue until 20 October, giving players the opportunity to try out a ton of upcoming games for free. That means you should have a fairly good idea of where to spend your new found wealth when the gift card inevitably lands in your account.
