The developer Naughty Dog is celebrating a big anniversary this year, marking 40 years of creating games, and they’re kicking off the celebration in style.

Creators of so many iconic series, Naughty Dog is teaming up with Dark Horse Comics on some great new merchandise for fans, and Uncharted is getting some love.

Fans are always eager for more Uncharted adventures

Naughty Dog is bringing back Nathan Drake’s adventures in a brand-new jigsaw puzzle, depicting the cipher disc from Uncharted 3.

This 500-piece puzzle is circular, in keeping with the item in-game, and features the iconic design that is used to decipher “ancient Enochian script in conjunction with Sir Frances Drake’s ring.”

Fans will instantly recognise this item, and now they can put the pieces together for themselves, and create a lovely puzzle that would easily double as artwork if mounted on a wall.

The finished puzzle measures 22-inches in diameter, and looks gorgeous.

This design joins an equally amazing puzzle depicting scenes from The Last of Us, in a double-sided 1000-piece puzzle showing Ellie in two stark scenes.

Both of these puzzles would be perfect gifts for fans of either franchise, and allows you to be a part of Naughty Dog’s big celebration.

40 years is a long time to be making games, and the studio is responsible for some stone-cold classics on PlayStation.

Not only has the studio brought gamers The Last of Us and Uncharted, but also Crash Bandicoot, Jak and Daxter, and they’re now working on a sci-fi epic, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.

With many more years left to come, perhaps this won’t be the only return to the Uncharted franchise, as fans have been begging for new adventures for years.

It’s the ideal game to show off the PlayStation 5 and the PlayStation 5 Pro’s capabilities, showcasing gorgeous environments and frenetic action-packed set pieces.
