PlayStation users are getting a nice little freebie to celebrate The Last Of Us day, and all you have to do is, you guessed it, play The Last Of Us.

If you tuned into PlayStation’s State Of Play on Tuesday you’ll have seen The Last Of Us Part 1 is coming to PlayStation Plus very soon.

The game is being added to the subscription service to celebrate The Last Of Us Day, today, which commemorates the first entry in the series launching on the PlayStation 4 all the way back in 2013, my how time flies.

Fans are expecting a trailer for the TV show’s second season today as part of the celebrations, though while you wait, cast your eyes on this PlayStation freebie keeping with today’s theme.

PlayStation Stars members can now unlock another digital collectible, this time of a miniature clicker enemy from the TLOU games.

For those who haven’t played one yet, the clickers are horrifying enemies that can’t actually see you, but can hear you instead.

Move too fast or walk into an obstacle and it’ll chase you down and kill you, unless you can kill it first which is often easier said than done.

To unlock this accessory all you need to do is play The Last Of Us Part 1 and it should be all yours.

This counts for those playing for the first time, and those who’ve already played will just need to boot the game up again after accepting the challenge on the PlayStation Stars app.

Like all digital collectibles the clicker serves no purpose other than something to look at when you’re using the app, but it’s cool to have nonetheless.

Stay tuned for more Last Of Us news today, as there’s bound to be some sort of announcement to celebrate the IPs anniversary.
