The 30th Anniversary of PlayStation was always going to be a big deal, and rightfully so, with the console maker arguably responsible for two of the most iconic consoles in the history of home video gaming.
As part of those celebrations, the company has released new versions of the PlayStation 5 Pro, its controllers and the Portal Remote Player, all of which are available in the memorable flat grey of the first PlayStation console release.
If you already have those, and have plenty of money to burn through, then a new product is about to be released that may well be the nicest collaboration between a gaming company and a clothing designer that we have ever seen.
The Reebok 30th Anniversary Collection features three unique pairs of trainers designed to celebrate the three main regions where the first PlayStation console took off, the UK, USA and Japan.

For UK fans, the Workout Plus trainer is available from END clothing, complete with "two lace options, removable lacelock cable attachment, internal arch band for enhanced fit, and anniversary grey sockliners."
Over in the USA, you'll be able to grab the Pump Omni Zone II at CNCPTS from 17 October, which come with "a custom pump ball styled in PlayStation colours, two lace options with metal tips, and tonnes of rad retro details."
Lastly, Japanese players can get hold of the Instapump Fury 94 from 24 October at BEAMS, trainers that "pay homage to the classic console with a pump ball with “Press Play” feature, a memory card design on the tongue, and fun, hidden details in the retro design."
END also has the 30th Anniversary Stacking Box available at a whopping £565 featuring all three trainer designs, though you'll need to win a raffle first to have the chance to buy them at all.

The individual Workout Plus pair are available at a more reasonable £145, with the individual price for the Pump Omni Zone II and the Instapump Fury 94 available in the USA and Japan yet to be announced.
750 of the collector cases, featuring all three pairs will be available, with each retailer having access to 250 each, so you'll likely need to be very quick if you want to get your hands on that.
That said, they might be some of the coolest trainers we have ever seen, so you may well be making a solid investment if you keep them in good condition at home.
