Okay, we need to talk about the PlayStation sale because there’s some bangers in there for ridiculously low prices.

PlayStation owners everywhere, now is the time for you to be smug; PlayStation Plus may have been very hit and miss lately, but Sony is trying to pull it back from the brink with this sale.

We think it may have just managed it.

Don’t believe us – just take a look for yourselves. You can get major releases like Batman: Arkham Knight for just £3.99.

That feels criminal, though we’re not complaining; hailed as a legendary game, not having to break the bank to buy it is welcomed.

It's only fitting we share the Arkham Trilogy trailer once more

Of course, should you not want to play one of the greatest action titles ever made, there are plenty of other stellar adventures also on sale for under £5.

Bayonetta, The Beast Inside, and Batman – The Telltale Series are all going to cost you less than your pre-work coffee, and they’ll last you longer.

We defy anyone to take a look at this sale and not find something so cheap to buy that you almost don’t trust the deal you’re seeing; it’s that top tier.

Of course, if you’d prefer to explore a newer release, you can always check out Stellar Blade, a sci-fi adventure we’re happy to report delivers “non-stop action”.

Granted, the game has come under fire for unintentionally racist graffiti appearing in-game. However, that mistake has already been rectified, as well as apology issued.

Whatever you decide to play next on your PS5, you’re sure to have an entertaining time, especially if you bag yourself an absolute bargain. As much as a freshly launched game appeals, we love saving money even more.

For up to 90 percent off the usual price, head to the PlayStation Store’s sale right now.
