PlayStation Plus subscribers do not want to miss out on playing one of the most criminally underrated games of 2024, at least perhaps in terms of sales.

Sony’s PlayStation Plus subscription service is packed full of delightful games that you can play at no extra cost, whether you cough up the cash for the Essential, Extra or Premium tier.

Of course, the higher the subscription, the more games and bonus content you’ll have access to. For example, with PlayStation Plus Premium, not only do you get all of what’s included in Essential and Extra, but also retro games, cloud streaming, trials, movies and more.

With that in mind, earlier this week, Sony announced nine new additions that will be coming to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers for November 2025. It includes the likes of GTA V (again), Still Wakes the Deep, and the PS2 classic title Tomb Raider: Anniversary, to name a few.

Another inclusion is Pacific Drive, developed by Ironwood Studios and published by Kepler Interactive. Pacific Drive is a unique, intense driving sim with horror elements. I’m trying my best not to give too much away here.

In our review of Pacific Drive, GAMINGbible said: “What you get out of this game will come down to entirely how much you’re willing to put into it. But if you buckle up and brace yourself for the occasional bump in the road, Pacific Drive’s innate style is more than enough to guarantee you one of 2024’s most exciting rides so far.”

“Pacific Drive, an upcoming PS Plus title, is a criminally underrated gem you shouldn’t overlook,” declared Redditor TurtleGEE360.

“It’s one of the most original games out there, offering a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Everything about it, from the art direction to the progression, feels perfectly crafted.”

“If you’re put off by horror games, still give this a shot. It’s eerie, but essentially it’s you vs. nature, and nature is a little supernatural,” explained CaptainWowX. “You aren’t stalked by monsters, and there is zero combat or segments of being chased by enemies.”

Along with all the other PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium titles for November 2025, Pacific Drive will be available on Tuesday, 18 November. If you subscribe to either of those tiers and enjoy horror games of an acquired taste, it might be worth giving it a try.

Pacific Drive is also available on PC and Xbox Series X/S.
