PlayStation Plus Extra users have been issued a warning over the games that will be leaving the service in May 2026.
As is typically the case, a bunch of games will be leaving PlayStation Plus Extra next month to make room for the new additions on the service.
These games are often removed once the contract to have them featured on the service expires, which is usually done on a six-month, 12-month, or 24-month basis.
Using this, we can look back at games that were added to PlayStation Plus Extra in the past to determine what may be removed from the service next month.

One Reddit user by the name of bahia80002 has worked out what these games are, compiling a list of potential titles that will be announced to be removed in May.

Of course, take this with a grain of salt, as it’s entirely possible not everything on this list will be removed, and there could be other games that aren’t on the list which may end up being removed.
Here is the list of games that were added six months ago. Titles that are bolded are the ones that are most likely to leave.
Here are the list of games that were added 12 months ago. Again, anything bolded has been marked as most likely to leave.
Here is the list of games that were added 24 months ago. There are fewer titles here that may be likely to leave, but there are still a few to watch out for.
We should find out more about the games leaving PlayStation Plus Extra later on in the month when they appear in the Last Chance To Play section of the app. We'll bring that news to you, as well as the new free game additions, when it arrives.
