PlayStation Plus has confirmed the new free games coming to its Essential tier for March.
It’s that time of month again. Every last Wednesday of the month, Sony reveals the next titles which will be arriving on PlayStation Plus Essential for the next month.
These games are available to grab from the following Tuesday, where they can be redeemed at any point throughout the month.

Sony has now revealed the four new games which will be arriving on PlayStation Plus Essential in March. Here they are:
- PGA Tour 2k25 (PS5)
- Monster Hunter Rise (PS4, PS5)
- Slime Rancher 2 (PS5)
- The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road (PS4, PS5)
These games will all be available on 3 March, where you can redeem them for your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 console.

There are some great picks here, really. While PGA Tour 2K25 may not excite you if you're not a fan of golf, the other three games are great selections.
Having a Monster Hunter game on PlayStation Plus Essential adds great value to the service, but Slime Rancher 2 and The Elder Scrolls Online are also excellent additions, offering hundreds of hours of gameplay.
A reminder that once you’ve claimed these games, they’ll be added to your account and available to play for as long as you have an active PlayStation Plus subscription.
If you still want to grab February’s free games from PlayStation Plus Essential, which were Undisputed, Ultros, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, and Subnautica: Below Zero, they’ll still be available for you to claim until Monday.
Meanwhile, a free trial of Discord Nitro is also available for PlayStation Plus members. If you're subscribed to PlayStation Plus Essential or Extra, you'll get one month, but Premium members get three months of access to the benefit.
