For players new to PlayStation’s PS Plus service, a massive-limited time discount has surfaced online that you will not want to miss out on.

Despite having a rocky few months, the PlayStation Plus service is still a money-saver beneficial to any PlayStation owner. Giving you access to a large catalogue of games, including new titles each month, PS Plus offers players three different packages, each with different incentives.

Check out the Foamstars trailer below!

One such package is the PlayStation Plus Extra package which usually retails at £10.99 per month, £31.99 for 3 months or £99.99 for 12 months. The service offers access to hundreds of games, online multiplayer, exclusive discounts, cloud storage and more.

Now as an incentive to get new PlayStation owners involved, Sony is giving console owners the chance to get a 12 month subscription at 41% off. The news comes courtesy of a Reddit post which reveals that this deal will knock around £30 off the original price. The offer ends on 14 February so make sure to get involved if you’re eligible.

Additionally, one comment also gives a tip to save even more money. “For those going to buy Premium for 33% off, it’s better to buy Extra at 41% off then upgrade to Premium. It comes to $96 instead of $107.”

February will be the perfect month to access this discount as PlayStation recently revealed its titles arriving to the service this month. This includes Foamstars (PS4/5), Rollerdrome (PS4/5), and Steelrising (PS5).

Foamstars is a day-one launch and the 4v4 online party shooter is set to be full of zany fun that can be enjoyed with friends. Rollerdrome is a third-person shooter that takes place in a skating drone and finally, Steelrising is an action RPG set in an alternate Paris during the French Revolution.
