PlayStation Plus users are urged to play an open-world RPG available that is three times bigger than Skyrim.
Xbox Game Pass may have been getting some top RPG bangers at the moment after the release of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and Metaphor: ReFantazio, but there are still plenty of things to enjoy on PlayStation Plus.
In fact, just taking a look at the back catalogue of games on PS Plus Extra, you’ll be able to find plenty of fun RPGs available to play.

One game is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla from Ubisoft, which is estimated to be about three times the size of Skyrim.
Originally released in 2020, it was a launch title for the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, also coming to PC and last-gen consoles.
It’s also available on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium. So, if you’re already a subscriber then it’ll come at no extra cost.
Set during the Viking expansion into the British Isles during 872-878 AD, Valhalla tells the story of Eivor, a Viking raider who emigrates with their clan to England and becomes involved with the political conflicts and turmoils of the country.

At the time of its release, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was touted as one of the biggest games of all time.
With the map equalling about 140 square kilometres, that’s about three times the size of the map in Skyrim, which is roughly 37 square kilometres. But it’s also densely packed with loads of missions and activities to do.
According to HowLongToBeat, the average completion time is about 61 hours for beating the main story, and nearly a hundred hours for finishing the main story and some side content.
That just about adds up. I binge-played earlier this year over the course of about a month, and my final Steam hours added up to 98 hours.

And that’s with a lot of side quests left unfinished, as well as the DLC which hasn’t even been touched yet. I’ll go back to it… eventually.
