PlayStation users can grab free store credit but you don't have long to make this bonus yours.
Playing our favourite video games for free is always nice, especially when the cost of living crisis seems to be getting no better right now. To save money in the long run, it’s why subscription services such as PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass can be so beneficial.
Check out the EA Sports FC 25 trailer below!
The cost of PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass can be far less than a few AAA video games at full price with hundreds of titles on offer in the respective libraries which also include tons of indie darlings that may have otherwise flown under our radar.

Another way that we can save money is by taking part in reward schemes such as PlayStation Stars and Microsoft Rewards. That being said, the topic of discussion is all about the blue brand.
To take part in PlayStation Stars, all you have to do is sign up for the program for free and then download the free PlayStation mobile app.
Once that is sorted, you can earn points by simply making purchases via the PS Store or by completing PS Stars campaigns which may include playing the latest PS Plus inclusions, buying select games or earning specific in-game trophies.
You can also unlock digital collectibles to proudly display on your mobile app profile but I think it’s fair to say that redeeming points against PlayStation Store credit is the real bonus. Once you have enough points, £5 credit will cost 1,250 points and £10 will cost 2,500 points.

One easy PS Stars campaign that you can take part in right now which will nab you 25 points is by partaking in a PlayStation Tournament for games such as EA Sports FC 25 and Tekken 8.
You can register to take part in a PlayStation Tournament via the console hub associated with the game in question. Once done, the bonus PS Stars points are yours.
However, you don't have long to claim the 25 points for PlayStation Stars because this particular campaign ends on 6 February 2025. So act fast before you miss out.
