If you’re a PlayStation user, I highly urge you to make the most of PlayStation Stars.

I’ll admit, it’s not the best rewards scheme out there.

I’d love for PlayStation Stars to take a page out of Microsoft Rewards’ book, allowing users to earn points via completing easy daily tasks.

That being said, it’s still worth using as eventually, the points do add up.

Getting £5 to knock off a PlayStation Store purchase every now and then isn’t something any of us should be turning our noses up at.

You’ll need 1,250 points to make that happen but if your current tally is lacking, you have one week left to grab up to 100 points to boost your coffers.

Let’s begin with the ‘PlayStation Plus Game Catalog’ campaign.

This one offers 50 points and to earn those, users with either an extra or premium tier subscription simply need to boot up any of the following games: Sackboy A Big Adventure, Cat Quest II, Portal Knights, Everybody's Golf, Overcooked All You Can Eat, or LEGO Batman 3 Beyond Gotham.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure is a must-play if you enjoyed Astro Bot.

That campaign will expire on 27 February and remember, you only need to boot up the game to nab the points; prolonged play isn’t necessary.

Then, there’s the ‘February Monthly Picks’ campaign which will also bag you 50 points.

This one expires on 28 February and the eligible titles will vary from region to region, so it’s worth checking your PS Stars hub.

For the vast majority of users though, completing this campaign will task you with purchasing any of the following games from the PlayStation Store: Ender Magnolia Bloom in the Mist, Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1 and 2 Remastered, Alien Rogue Incursion, or LEGO Horizon Adventures.

As always, you must - for both campaigns - head on over to PlayStation Stars and press activate on the campaign in order to be eligible.

Otherwise, your playtime or purchase will not be tracked.
