Marvel's Spider-Man 2 free download quietly released

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 feels like it was released a lifetime ago, yet it only launched last year.

As quickly as the hype arrived for the sequel, it soon fizzled out.

Even though Marvel fans loved what they experienced, by and large, another new game soon launched that drew their attention.

Insomniac Games took to Twitter to announce that “new visual options” have become available for the PlayStation 5 Pro.

Despite not being out yet, much work is happening to ensure that the games we enjoy so much are ready for the enhancements the PS5 Pro promises.

These new visuals come in the form of Performance Pro and Fidelity Pro modes, as per Insomniac’s social media post.

Spider-Man fans have already started sharing their appreciation for these new settings.

Twitter user @OctoriousYT said, “It's really cool to see individual graphical settings added as well as modes on console. Love that addition!”

Fellow user @SoulReaper8610 commented, “Big W! Can't wait to play these games once I get a PS5 Pro.”

Even though the steep cost of the PS5 Pro has divided gamers, it would seem that there are plenty of people out there who’ve decided to upgrade.

Once the PS5 Pro is finally out in the wild, it’ll be interesting to see how many additional titles gain these Pro visual options.

You might not think this is news, especially if you’re not going to buy a new console. However, as one fan remarked, “Performance updates are always welcome.”
