Yesterday saw Sony announce the batch of games which will be added to the PlayStation Plus library throughout August and one addition has Bloodborne fans feeling hyped.
Around this time every month sees Sony reveal which exciting games will be added to its extensive PlayStation Plus library and yesterday was no exception.
More games are expected to be announced in August, but for now, members can look forward to three exciting titles including an anime fighting game, one of the best multiplayer survivals, and of course, a soulslike that has taken the world by storm.
We reported on the August titles but it is the soulslike that has caught most user’s attention, especially those who are huge Bloodborne fans.

I am, of course, talking about Lies of P, an action RPG with soulslike elements and one that has been compared to the likes of Bloodborne and Dark Souls.
Based on the 1883 novel, The Adventures of Pinocchio, Lies of P tells the story of the titular puppet who must traverse a city plagued by an epidemic and a puppet uprising during the Belle Époque era.
Now for the first time since it was released in 2023, Lies of P has been added to the PlayStation Plus library for Premium, Extra, and Essential members and users over on r/PlayStationPlus were quick to share their thoughts.
“Wow PS stepping up recently. Been wanting to try Lies of P!,” user Tarnished13 shared.

Another user agreed, adding, “The way I was holding off buying Lies of P….i’ve finally hit the jackpot.”
It seems as though many PS Plus users are feeling the same and praising Sony for adding such a highly sought after title.
Not only that but with Lies of P usually costing £49.99 on the PlayStation Store, this will save players a lot of money if they are a PS Plus member.
“Dude, Lies of P lets gooo,” another user commented.

“With the DLC out, it’s a no-brainer to bring it to Plus so you can increase DLC sales a ton.”
Lies of P and its DLC, Overture, are now available on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
