First released fully back in 2023 but in early access since 2022, Brotato is a top-down shoot ‘em up roguelite where you play as a potato.
Yes, you read that correctly.
Infinity Nikki is a free release launching on 5 December.
“A spaceship from Potato World crashes onto an alien planet,” the synopsis reads.
“The sole survivor: Brotato, the only potato capable of handling six weapons at the same time. Waiting to be rescued by his mates, Brotato must survive in this hostile environment.”
As a badass potato, you can wield up to six different weapons at a time in order to stave off a horde of aliens.
Whilst you wait for help to arrive, you can carefully select your weapons, create unique builds and even select traits which will help you survive the swarm.
With an ‘overwhelmingly positive’ rating on Steam, it is safe to say that thousands of players fell in love with Brotato but if you happened to miss out, now is your chance to rectify your mistake.
