There is no denying that Minecraft has cemented itself as one of the best video games of all time.

However, for those who are more interested in raiding dungeons, collecting rare gear, and unlocking upgrades as opposed to building homes for your sheep, this brand-new Minecraft mod turns the hit sandbox game into a dazzling RPG.

If you have always wished that Minecraft would be a bit more Skyrim-esque, then wish no more as SoulSteel is finally here.

This complete reimagining of Minecraft was created by Noxcrew, a team behind some of the best Minecraft servers around but this time, they have gone above and beyond by turning the hit game into the RPG we have always wanted.

Available on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, SoulSteel will see you become the ultimate explorer as you take on the role of a new adventurer in a land full of mysterious dungeons and the remnants of an old kingdom.

“Bound by ancient time keeping lanterns, your aim is to collect gold and treasures. How deep do you dare delve before time runs out?” The official SoulSteel website asks.

As well as exploring these brand-new dungeons, players will also be able to delve into their depths to discover ancient weapons and armour.

However, with enemies at every corner, you will have to use your abilities to unleash devastating attacks but will you have what it takes to vanquish the deadliest of foes?

By completing quests and gaining experience from all of your dungeon diving, you will be able to unlock even more places to explore.

Not only that but SoulSteel will welcome the main town of Port Fortuna which is home to all manner of NPCs, many of which will see you on your way with exciting new quests.

There will also be shops to purchase from, crafting areas to build your important gear and even the chance to use all of your collected items to upgrade your weapons and armour into powerful relics.

The fun does not end there, however, as Noxcrew has revealed that there is still plenty more to come to SoulSteel in the future.

“At Noxcrew, we’ve been crafting the world of SoulSteel for months, creating swathes of secrets for you to find across the mysterious, dangerous Dungeons,” the website continues.

“Now, the gates are open, and we want to welcome you all to the Old Kingdom. SoulSteel has so much in store in the future. Make sure to check back in often to see new weapons, gear, characters, cosmetics, and Dungeons to conquer as they become available.”

So if you own Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and want to experience the hit sandbox game as you never have before on PC, make sure to grab this epic free expansion now.
