Fallout 4 fans add extra ending in underrated DLC-sized mod

The Wasteland isn't done with you

The tales of Fallout 4’s Diamond City aren’t over yet.

Fallout 4 without mods is quite a sizeable game, however, once you include the additional fan-made stories it becomes a behemoth of an experience.

Never be fooled into believing you’ve seen all that there is to see out there in the Wasteland.

‘The Fens Sheriff's Department’ is the sequel to an already popular mod titled ‘The Bleachers: A Diamond City Story’.

'The Fens Sheriff's Department' looks like just the kind of adventure we need

Much like its predecessor, ‘The Fens Sheriff’s Department’ has a “rich storyline with many extended dialogue scenes”.

It also delivers an “alternate ending to the vanilla story”, which leads to “Diamond City as the 'winning faction' in the game”.

For those of you who enjoy being the main character, this unofficial expansion to Bethesda’s popular title might not be for you.

This is because it’s designed so that the player acts as “an interactive witness to the hardships and happiness of their newfound family in the Bleacher district”.

The feedback to this new unofficial DLC has been extremely positive thus far.

“Just downloaded this mod. Sick work so far! Just walking around Diamond City was incredible to see the amount of support it got,” posted YouTube user @GreeNergy69, “Can't wait to start the quests!”

Fans are hyped, and you should be too.

Available to download from NexusMods, this expansion will change the way you see the world of Fallout 4.

Seeing as a new Fallout game isn’t going to be released any time soon, it’s fantastic that we can still find new quests in this nine-year-old title.

To begin your journey, “Travel to Diamond City, walk up the ramp at the rear of the inside of the stadium, and enter the Left Field Diner. Someone named Lily will stop you on your way in.”

From there, this DLC-sized mod is yours to explore.

Enjoy!
